When will my order ship?
Please allow us approximately 2-4 business days to process orders. Once processed, your order will be shipped via your selected shipping method.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once orders have been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship in the U.S. at this time.
How do I care for my candle?
We recommend allowing the wax to melt to the edges before you blow out the candle, especially on the first burn. Remember to never leave a lit candle unattended and don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Cotton wicks: Trim your wick to 1/4 inch in between burns to avoid sooting.
Wood wicks: Trim your wick to 1/4 inch in between burns to avoid sooting and remove the burnt bits of wood from the top of your wick. You can easily pinch these off with your finger tips or use a nail clipper. Only do this when it’s completely cooled! 🙂
Stop using when 1/4"-1/2" of wax remains.
Can you tell me more about wood wicks?
Sure! Wood wicks burn longer, cleaner and the ones we use make a crackling sound. The shorter the wick, the better the flame. Your candle may extinguish quickly or produce black smoke if the wick is too long or has soot at the end. No worries- just make sure you trim it!
Wooden wicks require a little more care but are worth it though. They lend a clean, unique and modern aesthetic that we love! 😍
